Dues Schedule

$25 annual per physical sales center location (requires a minimum of 5 homes in inventory and licensed by the AL Manufactured Housing Commission)

$250 annual, plus monthly dues of $125 per floor shipped into or within Alabama for each HUD Code or Modular floor or section. As a manufacturer member, you agree to pay AMHA $125 monthly per floor shipped into or within Alabama, and you agree to submit payment by the 10th of each month.
