The Alabama Manufactured Housing Industry honored two (2) of the industry’s exemplary leaders on March 11, 2015 at the Bevill State Community College, Hamilton Campus.
David Brewer and Steve Hayes were the 2014 inductees to the Alabama Manufactured Housing Industry’s Hall of Fame. David Brewer began his career in the industry in 1981 in sales for Shiloh Homes. David has served as General Manager and Vice President of Sales for Southern Energy Homes. He has owned and operated three (3) retail centers and presently serves as the General Manager of Southern Homes. Throughout his thirty-three (33) years of service in the manufactured/modular housing industry, David has also been heavily involved with AMHA and is currently serving as the Secretary of the AMHA Board of Directors.
Steve Hayes entered the industry in 1984 for Cavalier Homes, where he was one of the seven (7) founders. He went on to serve more than thirty (30) in the industry with Cavalier while overseeing multiple plants.
Both of these men have been exemplary leaders in the industry. Congratulations David and Steve!
