The AMHA Best Retail Sales Center Award is presented to the location that best exemplifies pride and dedication to the sale of manufactured housing.
A panel of judges made up of past winners considers each of the following criteria for receiving this award: the appearance of the retail center, signage, quality and type of advertising, and customer service.
